My husband and I had our Wedding Reception at West Martello in June. The gardens are stunning, peaceful, and romantic. Unfortunately, the Banyan Tree was destroyed during Hurricane Irma, but there are so many other great features the garden has to offer! A gazebo overlooking...More

Sadly, Irma took out their main attraction, the huge tree with all the roots everywhere, and part of the brick archway. They had done a lot of cleanup, and we enjoyed walking around.More

Old Fort turned community arboretum and garden operated by all volunteers. Beautiful setting and gorgeous gardens. Live birds and butterflies make nice kinetic ornaments. Situated by recreation, hospitality, and entertainment venues. Worth the required donation.

Who would guess that behind the walls of this partial fort is lush gardens. Winding trails take you along the beach. Stop to listen to the carved bamboo structure playing the most beautiful sound. We even bought a Key West Red plumeria.

We loved it. Amazing garden in an old fort. They had climbing fig trees which made me feel like I was in Cambodia.

This is not what we were expecting but it is a very quiet and peaceful place with lots of local pretty flowers and run by volunteers and donations . A nice place right on the ocean .

The gardens offer a self-guided tour with a wide range of flowers and unique plants that are great for photo ops. The garden is also on the premise of an old fort which makes it kind of neat.
