Interesting museum, stated with a delightful receptionist, from the civil war( small area) to now. Easy parking, reasonable fee and a Different idea for the family to learn things about the different wars. An interpreter was conducting a tour throughout the museum that sounded interesting.

I went with a group of senior citizens and toured the museum from top to bottom. Some very interesting displays, some bringing back military-related memories, even for this non-veteran. It was a good experience, overseen and managed by a determined local veterans organization.

Excellent exhibits of each of the wars with United States involvement. The exhibits were arranged in separate areas. The volunteer tour guides were a wealth of information especially because I am not very learned in US military history. Al sparked my interest and I am ready to order a book on one of the wars, maybe start with the Civil... More

I'm not exactly sure why this museum has gotten the number of 5 star reviews that it has. The museum is a little rough around the edges. Weird looking mannequins and a hodgepodge of exhibits line the temporary walls. It has a sort of small town museum charm to it, which is what most appealed to me, but it is... More

This is a small museum but is worth a stop. They have military items nicely displayed covering from Civil War days through the conflicts of the last few years. The coverage of WWII and Vietnam included many items that have been loaned or donated by veterans or their families and the storyboards gave good coverage of how they tied into... More

Visited the museum with my husband while in Florida! My husband got in for free since he is in the military, and I only had to pay $7. My husband and I are history buffs so this was interesting for us. I was surprised with all the information and artifacts that were in the museum. Great places for those looking... More
