This is place was so great. I got a picture of a manatee photo bombing an alligator. The springs are so pretty and all the wildlife was very impressive. The little boardwalk trail was fun and my kids felt like they were in the jungle....More

Blue Springs is a slice of heaven on earth. Great hiking, camping, canoeing and snorkeling and swimming. The long hike is beautiful and takes you through several diverse ecosystems.

It's not a hot spring, it's 72 degrees. Sulfur smelling springs are typically hot, I think.

No age requirements, there are shallow, sandy beach like areas, also. There is no lifeguard.
