The park is clean and well kept. Nature at its best and plenty to enjoy while you are there. Enjoy kayaking down the river or just sit back and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Suwannee River State Park is the perfect location to enjoy the sublime beauty of north central Florida. It's a large state park with Twin Rivers State Forest adjacent to provide an expansive swath of undeveloped land and river to enjoy. There is a lovely 3...More

Stopped by the park while I was passing by the area and was amazed the springs exist. They are crystal clear and amazing to swim in. The water was very refreshing in the 94 degree heat. The water cool and crisp. I plan on returning...More

Nice park. Trails that loop, and hookup with Florida Trail also. Hidden springs, black water. Boatramp, many campsites and cabins. Close to music park. Not close enough to hear it. Very quiet even on the busiest days. Canoe, boat, kayak. Historical area.

This park is one of my favorites! It has great trails for hiking, all are clearly marked, and different areas that give a detailed history of what happened in the area. The cemetary dates back to easily the 1800's and I've always found a wild...More

Our first stay at Suwanee River State Park was to attend the 64th Florida Folk Festival in White Springs. The 30-mile drive to and from the park was all on well paved back roads and very pleasant. The park itself appears well managed, but there...More
