Great Viewing Spot

This is one of my go to spots when out of town guests are visiting. The park allows kayaking and has a long pier for viewing the inlet and marine life.

The walking trails were OK, but nothing exceptional. We found other walking trails that were longer and had a larger variety of natural areas. It was a free walk, and that's always nice. If we go back, I suspect we will rent kayaks and give that a try.

What a great place to visit by the beach or to take a walk down the pier. Also there is a place to eat and enjoy the views.

Have visited Sebastian Inlet both by vehicle and boat. This is a fisherman's paradise and family recreation area. The Museum covers the history of the Inlet inn relation to the fishing industry as well as the re development of the Inlet itself. You Pay a fee to enter the park but the cost covers entrance to both sides of the... More

We frequent Sebastian Inlet on an almost daily basis while visiting the area. It has incredible surfing, world class fishing, beautiful beaches, wildlife galore and even an area off the beach for swimming without the rough seas. Beautifully kept with clean facilities, a restaurant that will surprise you and ample parking. A fun filled day can be had by all... More

We had an outing here and enjoyedthe park very much. The kids had a nice cove to splash in and easy access to the ocean and more importantly the rest rooms. The fishing wasn't all that good but the dolphin that showed up taught us a fishing lesson. Just be careful because the water really moves in the inlet and... More

We were at the RV campground area early Spring of 2016 (April). The weather was just beginning to get oppressive for us. We camped for two nights. We used the full day between the two nights to ride the "bike trail" (a concrete sidewalk on the inland/river/west side of the highway) south from the RV Campground to the area of... More

I've visited Sebastian Inlet State Recreation area several times. This visit, I decided to bring a small tent and stay the night. The views are amazing. The fishing is often good too. The scenery makes the trip worth it. The camping sites are small though, and privacy is going to come to those in RVs. With the beach, fishing, dining... More
