The tour itself can be done in your rental car or own. It was not what I expected. The ocean view tour is not worth it. I’ve seen the ocean and houses, which was a lot of what the tour was about.

We left on a cruise boat from Miami. As to your questions. I'm not totally sure - don't think one of the stops is that far away - no idea about the storage of luggage, certainly not desirable to have luggage on the hope... More

Transportation to the airport sorry, no idea. We used taxi's. We did enjoy the tour in the bus though, so hopefully it will work for you.
