My daughter and I participated in an Indian Breads cooking class at Ayesha's Kitchen. The class was fun for all ages (my daughter is 7), and we walked away genuinely understanding how to make our own breads! Ayesha is knowledgeable, energetic, and very gracious- making the afternoon a memorable event. I highly recommend Ayesha's Kitchen for anyone interested in learning... More

I was hesitant about doing the class because I usually don't like Indian food. I was visiting from Austin Texas and I took the class and not only did I learn a lot about Indian cooking, I also learned that I like good Indian food! I would highly recommend this class for anyone, whether you are a Food Person or... More

We went to Ayesha's newest class Sunday. As always, it's a great experience. It's a class, it's a show, and it's a great meal in a beautiful setting with interesting people. Indian breakfast is a little different from American. We got to make some really interesting dishes. Dry oatmeal, spiced eggs and lentil pancakes, steamed bread, spiced iced coffee. Everything... Yesterday, I attended Ayesha's cooking class called, Holiday Entertaining- Appetizers, Chutneys and Desserts. Two friends joined me and we had a spectacular experience. Ayesha had attended to every detail in advance so that not a second of class time was wasted with mundane tasks like chopping onions or garlic. Recipes were carefully prepared and distributed with clipboards and pens; a... More

My wife gave me a gift of Ayesha's cooking class for our wedding anniversary. Neither of us have taken this class before, so we didn't really know what to expect. We LOVED every second of Ayesha's class and highly recommend it to others. Ayesha's menu of Indian vegetarian meals got us excited about Indian cooking right away. It is very... More

I gave my wife a cooking class for her birthday and invited our daughters and their boyfriends. My wife likes seafood, so I chose the seafood class. Ayesha was informative, charming, and explained things very well. The aromas and flavors were excellent, and at the end, we sat down and enjoyed what was simply the best Indian meal we have... More

If you love Indian food, Ayesha's Kitchen is an experience that you don't want to miss. Ayesha opens the doors to her home and brings you into her cozy kitchen to teach you her family recipes. I felt like a relative in her kitchen, not a stranger. She sprinkles personalized family stories into each dish and smiles throughout the entire... More

What an incredible experience! Ayesha makes you feel as if you were part of the family. The freshness and aroma of the spices alone is an experience. She taught us how to prepare all dishes like an expert and sent us home with the recipes in hand. After learning about India's incredible food and culture, it was time to eat!... More

We took a class in Indian cooking, learning how to make my favorite standard dish of chicken tikka masala in additional to a full menu complement. Class is expertly taught by Ayesha D'Mello with tips, techniques, properties and balancing of spices, and health benefits to each dish. Enjoyed a full lunch of everything prepared in class in the tiki hut,... More

My husband & I took the "British Favorite" (chicken tikka masala) class and absolutely loved it. Indian food is our favorite cuisine, and Ayesha's is right up there with the best Indian dishes we have ever had. I have experimented a lot with Indian cooking at home and it is never quite right, but Ayesha's class opened my eyes to... More
