Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Flagler Monument Island is an almost secret hideaway tucked amongst the spectacular small islands located between Miami and Miami Beach. The island has a small beach which is very safe to swim from and has a soaring 110 foot monument (like a mini Washington Monument) to Henry M. Flagler which was erected in 1939. The island was originally built for the monument but now has significant vegetation including large trees that gives it a very natural look. You can get to the island by private boat or on some of the many charter operations which operate out of Miami. One of the treats in getting there is sailing past the spectacular islands that are home to the rich and famous including unbelievably large and ornate homes and spectacular yachts.
