Like red or yellow convertibles and retail therapy?

Collins Avenue will keep you happy for hours. Lots of great people and car watching with great restaurants, bars and shops.

We went shopping on Collins after arriving in south beach. I thought we would have great selection etc. The stores were fine, but nothing that I thought stood out. No great deals, nor unique finds. But you can shop.

Collins Ave is busy but the buzz is more reserved. Still a happening spot but not the crazy party zone.

Did about a four mile walk from my hotel hoping to find some local shops or a outdoor area to have a drink. After walking two miles down and not finding anything turned around. It was a beautiful day and the sunshine felt great. I was very thirsty upon my return 😀.

Collins Avenue was popular in the 50s 60s 70s 80s 90s and now in the 21st-century is both nostalgic and modern this is the place to stay if you were on vacation downtown is kinds of desolate compared to the excitement on Collins Avenue across from the ever-changing boat show and the intercoastal

All of life is here! Noise, music, buzz and atmosphere. Our hotel was on this avenue and it was a part of our holiday.

Not quite sure why there is even a review about Collins avenue. It's just a street. No special shops, some Art Deco hotels. Can't imagine it being a destination street. I had a rental on it, all. Can say is it's a good place to stay on that's not as expense as ocean drive, but just one black away.
