Many good restaurants. Havana 1957 (a Cuban restaurant) and a Mexican restaurant are very popular eateries in Espanola way. Also there are many other restaurants when you walk down that road. Road is closed to vehicles (at least currently). But you can find paid street parking nearby.

Wished we had more time to check this area out. Off the drag of Ocean Dr. Variety of shops and restaurants. Must do in South B3.

Due to ongoing construction work it wasn't busy at lunchtime. Definitely will go back next time in Miami. Looked very nice and would look lovely at night when all light up.

It appears the street has been torn up. The sidewalk is a mess. While staying at the Clay two different people fell. One ended up with broken arm. Most businesses seem to be open. If you would like to come this way please be careful.

This little pedestrian walkway was discovered years ago, so there is some amount of tourist trap feel toward Washington. Food a little over rated and a little over priced. What I would suggest is walk past all that to the next block on Espanola Way. There is a super place called Tapas y Tintos. I have been going since they... More

In the evening the lighting, sounds and smells all inspire romance! My favorite area in South beach!

We happen to stumble upon this hidden gem and ended up meeting the most beautiful and down to earth person (Momma). We felt like we were at home from the time we walked in til the time we left. Momma you are the best, can't wait to see you again

This is a hidden oasis full of cafes and restaurants with outside seating, shaded with trees and pedestrian only. Have a well deserved rest here (and go handmade spanish shoe shopping around the corner).

We walked along Collins and stumbled into Espanola Way at the start of the restaurants. It seems that the Street surface has just been redone. Charming area with lots of vibe and a number of restaurants. Pedestrian- only section makes it so much better.
