Our brief stop in Micanopy was enhanced by visiting this shop that brought back memories . So many unique items! On our last visit we bought an African carving. Thus time, no purchase, but a treat nun- the- less.

Store had plenty of large furniture items, stained glass, and more "stuff." They're not giving away their antiques, so be prepared to pay the price. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Nice to browse, while you're walking through town.

Taking a trip to Micanopy is like taking a trip back in time. Leave your stresses at the main road when you enter this small town and just relax. People are friendly and a lot of history to explore.

Mmmmm..."Micanopy", 3 hour + round-trip-drive worth it? Tough call. Recommended by friends, we launched into the journey to Micanopy today, a really cool antique town, driving up from Mount Dora (yet another 'Antique Florida Town). This Berg is truly 'unique' and a real "Old Fla....More

Yes they are. I'm not sure of the times, since each shop in the town has their own schedules.
