During our visit at Zia village in Kos we found out accidentally about the Kos Natural Park. We visited it early in the morning and we were positively surprised by the clean, thorough and beautiful structures. The animals and the botanical garden are presented in a good manner. The best surprise though was the hammock placed on the top offering... More

On first view this looks like any other tourism place, loads of gift shops and restaurants! If you see beyond this, Zia has a lot to offer, amazing walks, outstanding views of the island and an amazing sunset! I would highly recommend a visit here

One of the most beautiful sunset locations I have visited. Some of the steps or climbing areas can be questionable but overall not too stressful a hike. The location is very shaded by the trees and tends to stay pretty cool throughout the day. With Zia just a few steps away its a great park for a day hike and... More

We visited at around 11 in the morning. Not many tourists which is surprising as this little park is very well laid out and offers lots of space to relax. Give yourself at least 30 minutes in the hammock area to chill out as you relax in the shade of the beautiful trees. Cute animals! Good for young and old(er)😉

A must if in kos go to Zia to see the sunset. There is a tavern if you would like a drink. Get there early very popular. It gets very hot during the day. You need some form of transport to get you there. It takes about 15 min from the main road to reach

This is all up hill by the look of it. We went there as part of a tour and the guy there who was totally uninterested in us wanted €7.50 per person to go in and have a look around. We thought better of it and didn't bother. It does look nice from the brochure but we simply didn't have... More

Although zia is lovely, this review has to be about the park. They have worked on it to make it more accessible however all that's in there is two turtles, grouse, pheasant, deer, hedgehog quale, donkey. I appreciate that they are from the region but as an attraction it's pretty poor.

We hired a quad and drove up there, what a beautiful place and the views were amazing, lovely cobbled streets with little shops to walk through and lovely restaurants with views overlooking Kos. A must if you're in Kos..

We hired a car and visited Zia Village whilst on holiday in June 2016. We had a fabulous few hours. Everyone in Zia was so friendly and welcoming (they adored the children). The village was a true hidden gem on the island of Kos. So beautiful. Definitely worth a visit - The views are amazing! We most certainly be returning... More

This Natural park built on the slope of the hill, with well-made promenade paths and stairs climbing up to the rest areas and viewpoints. Upper one is by the small cafe, with comfortable sitting and amazing view down towards the sea. Along the paths there are different endemic birds and animals, exposed in their aviary and paddocks, such as pheasant,... More
