Just tooling around Naples & decided to visit the pier - what a fun place and the water taxi is the best. For a modest fee they take you on a great little boat ride but the real bonus is they stop at great bars/restaurants where you can hop on/off, enjoy a drink and then pick you back up in... More

Well it's a long pier goes over the water nice breeze not many fishermen. What's not to like? Sorry for the run on. Nothing too special & you should be done in 15 minutes. It has restrooms. Nearby is 3rd Street South - shops & restaurants. Between the two a worthwhile trip to Old Naples.

Sunset at the Naples pier is a must do while in town. People of every age come down to the beach just as the sun disappears behind the gulf. There is a bathroom and concessions available. Parking can be tricky but if you keep your eyes peeled you'll be fine. Most parking requires $$$ but everywhere we were took cc.

Stunningly beautiful beachside pier nestled adjacent to a quaint and charming town, peppered with impeccable botanical arrangements and bustling cafes and high end shops. Feast for the senses.

The waves were big the day we visited and lots of surfing. The pier is a great place to fish or walk to see birds and you get a great view of the beach. There is food available on the pier.

Not much to tell. The pier is just that - a wooded runway that juts out over the gulf of Mexico. There is one small food stand, but its not very inviting. Best points - good view of pelicans and sometimes there are dolphins swimming in the area. If you are in the Naples area for a few days, its... More

A little bit tough to find a parking spot for the area sometimes but worth looking. Great walk out to the end of the pier. Good views and lots of birds to see. Many fishermen. No cost and a cool thing to do.

We decided to head down there after a rainy day with not much to do, it was alright, extremely windy and nice for some free time, but there really isn't much to do other than a few pictures and watch some people fish, the food on the peer was very mediocre, not that we really expected much from the peer... The history of the pier is interesting. Read the plaque at the entrance. There's a snack bar, washrooms, fishing and lots of benches. 2 shaded areas. Grab a book and sit and watch the world go by. You'll hear many different languages. Some people are dressed in their Sunday best. Some are in bathing suits & bare feet. Families, couples,... More

What a beautiful place to go for fishing sightseeing and a gorgeous beach. Saw dolphins on my first visit! Also has a place to get some food.
