You take a shuttle through three-quarters of a mile mangrove to get to the beach. There is a restaurant and bathroom facilities near the beach. It is not a wide beach so can get crowded but it was not when we were there.

I would bring all of my visitors here just for the fun ride through the natural swamps to the beach. Friendly drivers, fun zipping over the bridges and waterways to the beach, and exciting prize at the end: the beach!

This is a Collier County park and there are ramps and etc that would be accessible but they do not provide wheelchairs, you would need to bring yours down on the golf cart from the parking lot to the beach area with you.
