We went in hopes of seeing alligators and other wildlife. We didn't see any gators. There were cows nearby in a field. We only walked for about 30 minutes then turned around due to mosquitos. We didn't walk the whole trail.

you literally walk on a path with wildlife, the alligators are literally 3-10 feet as you walk. It is beautiful.

Start out walking right and make the first left and there they are. Alligators everywhere and you walk right through them. Lots of unusual birds to be seen as well.

But bring a hat and sunscreen. Even in the morning, there is little reprieve from the sun. Great walkabout to see some wildlife. Even found a couple of Geocaches. Watch out for fire ant hills. Enjoyable place to see some of Florida's nature.
