Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Decided to take the plunge and rent a space some disorder at the beginning but managed to get the space we was promised. Once all set up we made our rent 2 months in advance and started, so May and June we sold a few things so we paid another 2 months sold a few more things by this time we was still asking for our money as nothing went into our bank when we ask we found the bank account was wrong but did ask why no one had said anything other than it will be paid. another month few more sales nothing in bank we paid our rent again as we went on holiday when we returned we had been moved from where we was, still no money in bank. we enquired again and again all we got back was it will be paid. We left at the end of October still nothing paid. Rang again november and December nothing as been paid you can’t speak to the owner as they don’t speak to customers. It’s not very well run most people who have space moan about how it’s run. I’ve tried to get monies back owned so I’ve resulted in leaving this review

Only reason for the poor review is nothing to do with the actual antiques set up in fact its a brilliant place however the owners of the building need a reality check our first visit was great but the lift broke down and my wife is wheelchair bound so had to go in the goods lift which the owner was very rude. 2nd visit we travelled from newark only to find the lifts broke so couldn't go in. Anyone who can't use stairs and believe me there's alot should phone before they visit to ask if its working

The best antique centre I have been to in ages. Not as much tat as you normally see and actually quite reasonably priced, which was surprising to us, as we are used to seeing big mark ups
Absolutely huge as well - loads to see! Had my budget been a bit larger, I am pretty sure I would have walked out with far more!

Quite a maze of rooms with lots of variety and not stupid prices. Well worth a visit - start at the top and work down to the factory outlet
