About
Developed in 1972, Church Street Station is a beautiful spot that is now home to a range of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. It also functions as a historic events venue that’s available for private functions. You can savor local flavors at the taverns and restaurants, and enjoy flamenco music at the bars here. Amway Center, a sports and entertainment venue, is also a stone's throw away. You can discover more about the complex on an iconic Orlando city tour, an interactive walking ghost tour, or a self-guided historical tour. – Tripadvisor

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you coming down for something other than Disney, then this location is the place to go to walk around to find a good meal. Many restaurants in all prices and forms line the street. Its the place to go for Lunch and Dinner.

We stayed within walking distance, and visited the location during the day and also in the evening, the area is mainly office blocks and workers by day, and the younger end of the age group by night, plenty of police and security staff in the evening, along with plenty of inebriated youngsters. food wise is mainly fast food, very limited fine dinning to lower fine dinning venues, quite a lot of the venues were still closed following Covid.

Great street for nightlife in Downtown Orlando. Plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. I've been here twice after watching soccer matches in Exploria Stadium and found the street lively and fun both times.

Great place to start the party before an Amway center event. It’s right down the street. Start your experience with drinks, food and music before the event. Very friendly and lots of fun. Then you can walk back after the event for the after party. Very Kool set up for events 😎😀

It was a tiny Street, with a few bar's and restaurants, mostly burgers, pizza. Couple of good looking restaurant's, but menu did not appeal. Very quite, it was mid-week, did go for a wonder, good bar called Casey's near by.

There is nothing there, 75% of the buildings are empty. Orlando being "The vacation capital of USA" we were not expecting a desolate area, with bums demanding money , I can see why people choose City Walk, or Disney Springs.

We actually visited this place a long time ago, before its closure and new renaissance. We absolutely loved it! Playing blackjack in the Cheyenne Saloon, big arcade, restaurants. At one point everybody streamed out into the street, and we followed. Up on a balcony, to our delight, was a live concert with Billy Preston! And he was followed by Bo Diddley! For free! Back inside, after the concert, an acrobat juggled flaming clubs over me, as he balances on an 8-foot ladder. How's that for a night.
I heard that Disney developed "Downtown Disney" to specifically capture this out-of-park spending, putting CSS out of business. Hope CSS can recapture the magic.

On a recent trip to Orlando I thought it would be fun to stay downtown and visit Church Street Station. I had been there 20+ years ago after a football game and had a good time. As with anything, everyone has their own opinion about things and mine was I had made a mistake. Aside from one restaurant, everything else looked pretty bad. It may liven up after dark, but we weren't staying around to find out.

The Church Street Station is an ambient full experience, especially at evening and night time.
It is a historic visit with a street from towns one sees in old westerns movies.
The road itself closes in the evening for traffic, so it really it special. A good variety of nice restaurants, while I recommend the Mexican one.
