As a resident of the neighborhood I’m biased. Having said that, this is the best. It’s all local bars, shops & restaurants, no chains here. It’s a very hip neighborhood, very walkable.

I live here & it's awesome! Lots of independent shops, restaurants & bars, including a renovated Church that is filled with eateries, desert& coffee shops, & stores. You will not find any chain stores here (except for a 7-11). Leu Gardens is in this neighborhood....More
