On a return visit to Orlando we visited Disney Springs on a Friday morning and it was much less busy. We were able to walk freely without having to worry about bumping into people. This time we parked in surface parking and took the ferry to avoid too much walking (have a family member with mobility difficulties). Note you can... More

Disney Springs just went through a major overhaul which brought in new outlets and areas. The majority of the new area is comprised of higher end retail stores. Most of these stores you can find outside of Disney with better prices and less of a crowd. The original Disney Springs area does have a couple unique Disney-related shops for your... More

I was skeptical about the "Disney Springs" name at first but it definitely fits. This place is Downtown Disney times ten. The new layout and two parking structures makes Disney Springs easily accessible and simple to get around. The traditional stores such as World Of Disney, Lego and Erin McKenna's Bakery are still there and they have added so many... More

As a long time Florida resident, the new Disney Springs is going to take some getting used to. The parking garages are neat. The red lights tell you where the empty spaces rows are and the green light the specific parking place. We parked in the Lime garage and when you come down the stairs there is a gorgeous fountain... But absolutely had a ball!! Came here with friends just to have a look and ended up here for hours!! Loads of brilliant shops and restaurants and the music is venues is great!! Disney staff in here though it has to be said.... aren't the friendliest. I don't care if you're working in a park or not.... Disney is Disney... More

A lot of building work has taken place and the old downtown Disney now includes more restaurants and shops (not just Disney ones). This is a nice place to have a meal, do some shopping or even watch a movie, show or live music. Depending on the time of year they also have other events. We went on New Years... More

Our main complaint is regarding Paddlefish. Paddlefish is the restaurant slated to replace the Fulton Crab House. This is a perfect example of not fixing what ain't broke. Fulton's was packed everynight and the food, service and ambiance was great. We went there every chance we got while visiting Disney twice a year. Now they keep delaying the opening. I... More

When this was Downtown Disney, it had become scary, empty & a waste of time. We are thrilled to see such a positive transformation. As we have stated before, we think some of the best restaurants to be found during your WDW stay may be here at Disney Springs. (Plus the wait times are much shorter in our opinion!) Portobello... Highly recommend Disney Springs as a great way to spend an evening. Lots of food options, shopping and live music. Also has plenty of things to do for kids. Various retail stores and Disney stores to shop from and there is also a movie theater and bowling alley.

Great for vegans compared to the rest of disney parks there is a vegan bakery which sells cupcakes, cookies, brownies and ice cream. most places have vegan options like veggie burgers, chips n salsa noodles, veg stews ect. There is pizza blaze which is a gorgeous pizza place where u can put ur own toppings on and it has vegan... More
