Amazing Princess Makeover for my granddaughter!!
Went to Disneyworld on 7/12/23 for my birthday and my granddaughter's 3rd birthday. We wanted to do the princess makeover for her because she loves all of the princesses of Disney and has been waiting just to lay her eyes on the castle. We went to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for the princess makeover and found out that it was by reservation only. Ms. Linda may have seen the disappointment but, she asked us to wait to the side. She went to the back for a few minutes and came back and asked if we could come back at 3:30 because she would be able to fit my granddaughter in at that time. We were very shocked and very grateful. Linda said she had the ability to grant one wish and she decided to grant ours. My granddaughter was able to pick out her princess gown and get her hair and make-up done and she looked absolutely beautiful. As she walked through the park, she received so many compliments. I left a cast compliment on the Disney app to recognize Ms. Linda, from Brooklyn NY and I wanted to also leave a review here. @disneyworld please be sure to recognize Ms. Linda for going above and beyond.

    Magical experience
I booked this experience for my 7 year old daughter and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We’ve done this twice before in Disney Springs when it was open but the castle experience is so much better. My daughter selected her dress and hairstyle and we went to the changing room where the fairy godmother came alive in the magical mirror. It was really magical as my daughter loves Cinderella. We had to wait a while to move over to the salon in the castle to start hair and makeup so you need to allow time for this experience. When I booked I was told to allow 90 minutes and this is about right. The fairy godmother was so good with my daughter and she did an amazing job on her her. We didn’t realise the princesses come into the salon so this was an added bonus. Rapunzel and Tiana called around to each princess in the room while they were getting their makeover. Afterwards we went over to Sir Mickeys to get some pictures which turned out amazing. We had done breakfast in the castle earlier in the morning and this experience was so much better and much more magical.

Wonderful magical experience - highly recommend!
This was a highly anticipated part of our trip as a surprise for our child. However, we could not book it via the app as we could with restaurants even though it appears as an option, so we had to ring the experience customer service team 60 days out. At that point there was limited availability so we were very pleased to get a slot, although apparently cancellations do come up on the day/day before. You start in the Boutique where the child is asked how they would like to be addressed "princess", "queen", "knight", "your royal highness" etc, so whenever a cast member calls them, they start with their chosen title. You don't select your package at the time of booking, it is charged based on selection on the day, so the child is given a book to choose a prince or princess option from, including hairstyles - pricepoint ranges from relatively accessible to very expensive with entire outfits including shoes. Cast members are dressed as Fairy Godmothers and all play their part beautifully. Once the hairstyle/outfit is selected, the child is shown into a dressing room where they watch an animated Fairy Godmother cast the spell to create the magical transformation. At this point they sit down again until another Cast Member comes to collect them for the short walk to the parlour which is actually located within Cinderella's Castle, adding to the magic! Memory-maker photographers are on-hand to capture the makeover, and afterwards there is an opportunity to return to the boutique and pose for photos with props/parents etc. The package we selected included a special Mickey hair accessory, and all came in a special BBB bag. The whole experience was about 2 hours and absolutely made their trip. It was absolutely wonderful and we will treasure those memories. Very highly recommended!

If I were to do one experience again, this would be it. I didn’t even realise this was a thing until I saw lots of little girls around the park dressed up & when I looked online I couldn’t see any availability on our days but we visited and they were able to accept walk ins for my son and daughter that day. The experience cost $330 for my daughter and my son (daughter had the deluxe castle package as that included one of the deluxe gowns) - there are four of them to choose from but for the additional cost versus the regular gown, there wasn’t much of a difference I think the dress itself cost around $100 and the accessories $35, and she was given a silver necklace of a pumpkin carriage as well in a Disney keepsake box. She loved the experience and the staff were so lovely. They made such a fuss of all the children during the try ons and the hair / make up etc. My son is 5 & I didn’t think this would be his thing but he absolutely loved it. His experience was $80 which included a sword / shield and hair gel & a knights suit which is a very high quality for sure although the velvet wasn’t ideal for the hot weather we have it home with us. It was such a special experience seeing the kids enjoy their transformation and having the big reveal in the mirror at the end & I could not recommend it enough.

This BBB was a very different experience than in previous visits to the Disney Springs location(which remains closed since Covid). It was overcrowded and overbooked with minimal seating. Much of the seating was taken by men while many women(including older women) were standing. After waiting for an hour in one building to get our dress, they sent us to yet another building to wait for the "makeover." The makeover was just ok. Please reopen the other locations.

We were excited about this, but silly me thought that the hair package would be what we were getting. When we walked in we had a book to look through. They only showed us which dresses to get. No hairstyles. Nothing that made my daughter feel special. Then when we went to choose the shirt we had to wait while every other child had a dress and felt special while my daughter cried. So I'm the bad mom because I'm telling my daughter she can't have everything she wants. Next time, have at least the hairstyles in the opening book.

Booked for my 4-year old to get made up before we did a special bday meal at Cinderella's Royal Castle. I had planned to have my little one wear a dress we brought, but of course upon arrival she was smitten with the dress options and we wound up splurging much more than I had planned.

She picked out the Elsa dress - which came with a purse and a tiara, but no wand so then we had to add on a wand too. All told, spent $250 on this experience.

Was it worth the price? Insanely, yes. It made the trip for her, I think she will be telling people about it for months. From Cinderella's fairy godmother magically appearing in the dressing room mirror, to the very professional looking photos they took for us - the experience was amazing. You can take your own photos, but since we had the photo package for our trip I was very excited by all the pictures they took for us. I would highly recommend you pre-purchase the memory maker package before you come to Bippity Boppity.

Little ones will feel very pampered and spoiled, its a lot of fun.

I planned our whole trip around this experience and it was a total disappointment. Our appointment was at 1:20 p.m. and when I arrived I asked the lady at the front if we were going to have enough time to make our lunch reservations at 2:35 p.m. and she said it wasn’t a problem and that she would make a note in the system.
She never made that note. By 2:30 p.m we still had not been seen. I approached another lady, and she said that she would check the system, and confirmed that they have failed to add that note.
By this time we had been waiting for an hour in a very Overcrowded Room with no seating. My kid fell asleep and they couldn’t confirm how much longer I would be there. I didn’t want to risk our reservation so we asked for a refund and left. They overbook and do not deliver, totally crushed the magic for my little girls. They ages 4, 8 and 10 were heartbroken. No fairy godmother here, more like evil witch experience. I definitely do not recomend. They overbook and do not deliver. The price does not match the service.

We had a reservation at 11.15. The lady didn't allow us in until 11.10 and it started to rain outside. After being left out in the rain, they made us wait for another 1 hour inside. At around 12pm, we were called to check the dresses but most of them were unavailable at my daughter's size (small). None of the options she wanted was in fact available and I had to deal with a very frustrated child who was looking forward to a nice experience of becoming a princess (but apparently the only option available was Aurora and Cinderella). The store shouldn’t advertise options that were not available (ex Jasmine, Elena, Tiana).

After 1h of wait, no available dresses, we had to deal with a very rude attendant who was not helpful and was rushing us to find a dress (even though there was no option). She didn’t even look inside to see if there was any options available inside and she made us wait to go into the dress room. After which, she just left us there unattended.

The entire experience was very frustrating and no magic at all. It was just a very overpriced hair and make up. I hope I never have to go there again in my life.
