Not sure what you want to see here unless you enjoy looking a a pea soup lake. The Lake is a pollution disaster. As far as wildlife goes I saw a few Dragon flies and a turkey vulture!

a great drive round this wildlife area, great place to spot Florida wildlife in its natural habitat to me a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks

The eleven mile nature drive on the north end of Lake Apopka is fantastic. You drive between two canals in a vast swamp/marsh. Birds are everywhere , easy to take pictures of them and occasionally you see an alligator. It was wonderful. However be careful...More
