The Orlando Eye is the tallest observational wheel on the North American east coast! Enjoy views from 400 feet up that include Orlando attractions, downtown, and on a clear day, the East Coast and Cape Canaveral. Your 30 minute experience begins with a 4-D cinematic adventure, included in your general admission ticket.

The Orlando Eye weighs about 3,000,000 pounds, which is equivalent of over 12 fully loaded space shuttles. The Wheel Hub weighs more than a Boeing 737 at over 180,000 pounds. It took over 150 forty-foot trailers to ship all of the wheel components.

The capsules feature redundant (two) A/C units; color changing LED lights; Bose audio system for music/narration and iPads for interactive 360° viewing. The Eye is lit by over 63,000 LED lights. Each capsule weighs 6,600 pounds, that’s about the same weight as an Indian Elephant or Baby Blue Whale. The glass covering the capsules was crafted in Turkey, and then each capsule was assembled in Hungary.

Features:

- 400ft high

- 30 Unique Air-Conditioned Capsules

- 15 Person Capacity Per Capsule

- Event space available

- Champagne Flights, Private Capsules available

- Attraction buy outs available

- Pre-flight 4D Experience (included in Admission)

- ADA Compliant

I have been to the London eye and this is an almost exact replica, given it is made and run by the same company (Merlin I think). In all respects it is quite the same. The view on a sunny day though is not much, it is in much the wrong part of Orlando. Yes, you can view a view... More

We went at night around 8:30 pm and was surprised by the wait time ,you go through a short film also before you wait again to board .There is a bar area to purchase a drink , alcohol and soft drinks , slightly on the expensive side and payment is by card only.we didn't bother as only had cash on... If you are looking for things to do in Orlando that is not related to a them park, this is a great alternative! Tickets to ride are $25/person. If you have time, you can get discounted tickets to also visit Madame Toussaud's wax museum and an aquarium...the more tickets you buy the more you save. We did not take advantage... More

Easy Ticket purchase for multiple attractions online & with mobile ticketing there is no need to queue for tickets, just go straight to the entrance. Once past bag security, there is a queue to get onboard which took 30-40 minutes to get to the front of. Keep this in mind if you buy drinks at the counter half way along,... More

Would have liked an audio preentation as to what we were viewing. Purchased the package that included SeaLife and Wax museum, which are in same building/area as the eye. No need to drive around. Many restaurants in the area, too.

Got own car for just the two of us. Wasn't particularly busy but made the visit much more enjoyable. Too long wait to get into the eye - there was practically no one around but still had to wait for 30 minutes. The first step is a short "4D" movie that takes time and is really quite silly. Interesting ride,... More

Eric, Thank you for visiting the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye. In order to provide a more individual experience and put individual groups in each capsule, you may experience a higher wait time. Many of our guests have said it's entirely worth the wait in order to ensure their own capsule. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your flight, and please visit... More

The views are amazing better in the day at night can't appretiate the view as much, Legoland yearly pass includes this ride and others. You can get wine for the ride as it takes some time to go around.

Jonathan, I agree that an Annual Pass is a great deal - you get a year of unlimited admission to Legoland Florida, the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds Orlando, and Sea Life Orlando Aquarium. Have fun! - Ryan More

We thought it was a worthwhile adventure. I was a little apprehensive not liking ferris wheel all that much. But, the ride is nice and slow and smooth It was interesting seeing how far you could see and enjoyed the scenery. It was a cold clear day with good visibilty. Bought a Florida resident rate online for the Eye and... More

What a disappointment! This is not a farris wheel. This is not a sightseeing tour. It is nothing more than a bird's eye view of the roofs of La Quinta, Holiday Inn, Residence Inn, etc over some not very pretty landscaping. Definitely not showcasing Orlando in its best light. And they show you a movie of other attractions in Florida,... More

Thank you for visiting the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye. I'm disappointed to hear about your experience, although I'm glad to hear you were able to enjoy complimentary Coca-Cola. On your next visit, I recommend using our interactive tablets in each capsule. They'll help you locate all of the landmarks you can see from atop the Eye, including SeaWorld Orlando to the... More
