Beautiful park with boardwalks and groomed trails. Bring water, there is no water available on the trails Great place to put in your own kayak for an easy paddle! We paddled for three hours, and saw tarpon, manatees, assorted birds, alligators and hundreds of turtles!

This beautiful 130-acre sanctuary has trails that wind through Hydric hammock, mesic hammock, sand pine scrub and along the creek. Along the way you can spot tortoise, raccoon, manatee, river otter, ducks, birds, alligator and more. The boardwalk is an easy stroll, or you can try the primitive trails and see a variety of habitats and tropical foliage. A fantastic... More

Great place to take the kids to see gators, manatees, and turtles. There's a nice boardwalk along the creek to walk.

I have lived here for years and had never been before. The trails are narrow so it's hard to walk side by side but is nice and peaceful. Trails are well marked. There was a lot of debris due to the hurricane but still nice.

There's a great board walk that takes you on a great scenic walk. At one point you come to a canal were you can veiw lots of turtles and fish, and if your lucky a manatee .

Was looking at close trails to hike or bike. Found this on google. Great place for multiple thing. Great boardwalk to stroll down and look at different types of wildlife. The exercise trail is well laid out. Great variety of exercises. Great place to spend a few hours relaxing and taking nature in.
