The Four Arts Gardens are stunning. & I cannot believe there is Free entry. In my area we have to pay admission for everything everywhere. As a Master Gardener, I've toured many gardens in many places ~ & this one is truly unique & memorable. Seven society ladies & one gentleman designed the original gardens in the 1930s. The exquisite... More

My wife coaxed me into visiting the park operated by the Society of Four Arts - Music, Art, Literature and Drama, open to the public, in downtown Palm Beach. There is a reading library, meeting hall and a series of gardens meticulously maintained. Plenty of places with comfortable seating to relax and reflect. The library building is closing soon for... Multi-faceted living museum. Talks, Art shows, Music, Gardens. Every time we go we learn something new. Always something on the docket. .Easy parking, a true Palm Beach Gem. The Gardens alone are worth checking out. .

PROS: These sculptures exceeded my expectations. Many were truly stunning and extraordinary. (no entrance fee/free) CONS: The signage was off, only one or two of the sculptures had info about the artist. We didn't know whose work it was, which is not a horrendous crime, except us Culture Vultures like to know these things.

The Society of the Four Arts has a lovely expanse of gardens that are close to both the Intercoastal Waterway and the ocean. There is an eclectic collection of sculpture that fits into a series of garden rooms, along with water features, and a Japanese garden. It is a serene place to visit, to sit and be contemplative, or simply... More

Enjoyed the Neuberger Art Collection 'When Modern was Contemporary'. They have a good staff, and the facility shows well. The statues I like almost as much as the gardens. I am looking forward to future exhibits.

First of all, free access to the gardens after spending so much money on our vacation was very appreciated. The gardens were large with LOTS of both shady and sunny spots. Beautiful, well-kept garden with a very small library nearby. My boyfriend and I took a pizza, books, and our laptops there to relax for about two hours. Would not... More

Took visiting family for the Neuberger Art Collection showing Dec. -Jan. 2017. Wonderful exhibition halls but dim lighting which sometimes made the write-ups difficult to read from a distance. Well staffed and easy to navigate with restrooms inside the historical building - only $5. Outside borders the east side of the intercoastal waterway and visitors can walk the bike/walking path.... The statues are fun to find and the gardens are charming. It's a nice stroll in a peaceful refuge. We enjoyed stopping by and visiting.

The gardens at The Society of the Four Arts, are a wonderful place, to escape the hustle and bustle of today's world. I enjoy finding a quiet bench under one of the flowering arbors and reading a book. There are several different themed spaces within the garden. Pausing in the small oriental garden, with it's reflecting pond is like taking... More
