This is a nice park that's easy to get to off of alt 19 in Palm Harbor. An interesting historic story documented in placards. Nice boardwalk for birdwatching. Parking is close and convenient. Stop by if you're in the area.

We visit this park every time we come to Florida to visit family. We love watching the fish in the spring, the birds snacking when it’s low tide, the boardwalks, and now the observation tower!

It's a decent park, but not as nice as many others in Pinellas County. It's kind of small when compared to John Chestnut park or Anderson park in Tarpon Springs on US19.

The Park is projected to reopen around the beginning of Aprilbut I think that may be a moving target until the Building Department and Department of Parks say its complete.
