"THE WORLD'S LARGEST PRIVATE COLLECTION OF HISTORIC AIRCRAFT" would be most fantastic way to describe this fabulous collection if only 75% of it wasn't closed to the public! Having closed three quarters of his collection down to the public some years ago, Kermit Weeks has...More

Went here Saturday the 6th of January and had the most memorable afternoon visit. I must say that I was a little concerned what we would find after reading a few reviews and not really having a good feel of what was on offer. I...More

A wedding or event with an aviation theme done here is done brilliantly. Rare and amazing aircraft and a WWII area features make this a memorable location for special events.

I'm not a plane fanatic, so my view is that of a layman. The museum houses about 20 planes in a nice hanger, and the planes are all in good condition. We were able to walk around and get close up to the planes, which...More

This museum was for many year one of the best in the United States. Possibly because of a remodelling program, many of the aircraft exhibits, some of which are unique, are not now accessible to visitors. This reduces the quality of the museum's appeal and...More

Even although far less of the facility is on show than on my previous visit, I still thoroughly enjoyed my visit. On account of there being fewer aircraft to be amazed at, it meant I paid far more attention to those that were. The staff...More

For those who visited Fantasy of Flight a few years ago, the current museum will be a little disappointing. The once huge selection is now 20+ WWI & WWII aircraft, some vintage cars, and some models. Despite this, a visit will still take up to...More

Due to remodel it is closed for the summer. It reopens on weekend schedule the end of November. The Sunderland is a large plane so I doubt it is in the limited museum. When we were last there, it was not. As far as we know... More
