We made a trip for the day to Cape san blas. It was a cold day in December but the beach is the beach! Beautiful white sands with small crowds. They have rentals available for kayaks but it was too windy the day we were there. Would love to go back and visit again.

The primary road that runs the 8 mile length of the Cape has some very nice views of both beautiful natural areas and beautiful homes. The beaches are gorgeous, especially in the state park. There is a beach on the southwest corner of the Cape that is very natural (tree trunks and such sticking out of the white sand) right... More

Our whole family loved the area! No crowds, beautiful beaches, and fishing in the bay made for a great vacation. We will definitely be back to visit next year.

The paradise of Florida ! This is an awesome place to visit anytime during the year. The beaches are filled with friendly guests and residents. The Cape Trading Post has everything you need, so it isn't necessary to leave the Cape. Come join us!

Quiet time to visit the beach. We came here the week before Christmas and the beach and water were perfect. Children (teenagers) had fun too :-)

First of all, let me say I love Cape San Blas! I know the locals love the new "leave no trace" regulations. Also the people that are concerned about all things environmental are high on this. This is the new policy that you cannot leave anything on the beach overnight. As a person who has visited Cape San Blas year... More

We very much enjoyed our stay. The manager, Wendy, was friendly and very helpful. We made use of the canoe and bicycles. Wendy directed us to the wilderness area of the National Park which was beautiful. The breakfast was very nice and we would highly recommend this Inn.

We normally take a family vacation to the Florida panhandle each year, but generally stay in the Seagrove Beach area. This year we stayed on the Cape, and it was a great choice. Everyone in our party from age eight to seventy was pleased with our change of scenery. Even better, we were able to bring our two dogs as... More

Cape San Blas is a thin peninsula stretching 17 miles parallel to the Gulf coast along the west side of the Apalachicola River delta. It is less than a quarter mile wide with a single paved road (route 30E) and a bicycle path running its length. St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is at the northern tip. The Gulf side of... More
