My daughter had a field trip there this past Thursday. A whole group of 14 kids from second grade. They learned about the marine life and why is so important to keep the water clean and creatures alive. They loved it!

Could not find a place to park. So we left. I imagine that this wildlife center is very good, in that parking was at a premium.

the people who work in this refuge are dedicated and know how to accept orphans from the wildlife. I found a squirrel in my back yard.. put it in a shoe box and they took in the new born squirrel.

We enjoyed our visit to this center. There are many many interesting breeds of birds and wildlife. It's not a very large place but was fun to visit anyway.
