So much to do at Phil foster we launch the paddle boards and kayaks from here to paddle around the island or get over to peanut island to camp it is a great fun and free way to spend the day with family and friends....More

Beautiful diving with lots to see. Make sure to visit all of the sunken items - so much sea life is living in them.

Stopped in at 1.5 hours before high tide, water clear and warm. Dive down to see starfish, a batfish, small crabs. Seems about 15 feet deep. Then along the snorkel trail with small artificial reefs with tropical fish and and eel. Had a good time....More

Yes, there are two outdoor showers to rinse off yourself and your gear. Instead of being located by the bathrooms, they are by the sidewalk to the left of the playground if you were headed toward the water.

The park is free. I believe there is a fee for parking if you have a trailer for a boats etc. To park just a car it's free. Not sure about the boat launch.
