Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited the farm as a day trip from Stavanger, and it was one of the highlights of our Norway New Year! The tour consisted of 3 one-hour segments: meet & greet with the pups, driving the sled, and then a small soup lunch.

All 3 of the team members we interacted with were informative, and our teacher for driving the sled was so encouraging! Everyone who wanted to try leading the dogs was able to, and we even did a few bonus laps. The dogs were amazing, and I'd highly recommend just for this hour alone! The lunch was nothing special, but it was a nice snack and we were able to leave whenever we were done.

One note on the drive to the farm is that it can be precarious without 4 wheel drive. We made it in the morning in icy conditions, but leaving there were dozens of cars stopped heading in the direction of the farm, several needing to be pushed to make it uphill. Be prepared for the scenic drive with the right car and plenty of gas/electricity.

Great surroundings, sauna was perfectly heated at arrival time and the water in the river is fresh and clean. Friendly host meets you and gives you necessary information. After sauna and riverbath you have access to shower facilities. We would definitely go back.

It was really a great moment.
We had a lot of fun with dogs and also with our guides that were very friendly and gave a lot of information regarding dogs, sledge and the farm.
If you are in the region, this is an activity that you don’t must loose. 🤩

We thought it was a 3 hour husky sledge tour, not only 1 round 250 meter. That was very disappointing. We payed over 200 euro’s. Its a Nice place, Nice people and dogs but please change the info on your website

It was a beautiful sunny day, we went for the husky cart tour! First we’ve met the Dogs & the Guy told us about the farm and the Dogs. We got the help with making the cart & Dogs ready for the tour.
After that we got to make the tour our selves.

After the tour, we got some coffee, water & lemonade. For our Son a popsicle & Some delicious treats.

Would recommand it for sure! Wunderfull once in a lifetime Experience :)

Handling the dogs was our favourite part as we cuddled, fed and prepare them before, during and after the ride. Pierre and Flo did a wonderful job, and we loved the drumming of the rain on our teepees at night, the lovely meals and the huskies singing in the morning. We'd like to come back in the wintertime, stay in the upcoming cabins, and book the sauna as well.
