The Spanish influence can be seen in this building. It is in the main square and exhibits in the museum are not that big but they do explain the history of this the oldest city.

Lots to see and do in the oldest city. Favorite was the Fountain of Youth. Old Town Trolly or Red Train is the way to go. Only one little shower while we were there.

So glad we shopped in this museum. Very informative with many artifacts pre-Columbian, native American, Spanish and English influence. Helps you understand the unique history of this charming small city.

It was nice to get out of the heat and they have public restrooms. The museum was informative but a little boring. Some of the displays did not work.

I can echo another reviewer that this museum is not a tourist trap. It's free and the main exhibit was very well done and informative. It provides an excellent overview of the history of the area and helps to put in context information you will...More
