I was quite disappointed when I stopped past the Oldest House Complex. An older woman with a bad attitude was at the front desk, and proceeded to misinform me when the next tour started. I paid, visited the small museum behind the gift shop- and...More

Great tour and guide. This is owned and operated by the St. Augustine Historical Society. The tour guide we had, Maureen, was a hoot. She made the tour fascinating. This is really a must see.

We really enjoyed the guided tour! Kevin did a wonderful job giving us the history of the residence that saw centuries of change. It was a fascinating glimpse into both Spanish & British era Saint Augustine.

I learned so much about the Spanish history of this settlement. Guide tour had all the facts and fascinating how this house was built. Learned so much about how this town evolved. Great history.

Not as good as we hoped. Not great history shared and house was sparsely furnished. Not worth a special trip there.

This was an interesting stop and look at the oldest house in St. Augustine. It mirrored the history of the area and added to our understanding. Our guide was very informative and took us on our own tour.

Interesting history from the guided tour. Worth seeing how small a house was back then, how it was built, expanded, and used throughout the ages.

Our tour guide had a cynical sense of humor and her funny quips made what could have been a boring tour much more interesting and fun, but beneath the humor was a real knowledge about the house and its history. There isn't a ton to...More
