Located adjacent to the parking garage, the staff member who provided us with information on the city Andria attractions was both very friendly and well-informed. Maps, ticket purchases, exhibits, artifact, bike parking, car parking, easy to walk to. Beautiful building with Spanish arches. Lots of homeless people hang out outside in the covered seating areas. Not sure why there are so many homeless in St. Augustine. Did not dissuade me...More

Lots of information and people are very friendly. Went in on a hot day and was able to get cold water and use the restroom.

Very knowledgeable hosts inside, lots of good information and maps plus places to go Restrooms were clean, benches to sit on and exhibits to look at.

Great place to information in the city, buy a souvenirs and look at some historical artifacts. It is a great pit stop during the for bathroom breaks and cooling off from the sun and walking

The Visitor Information Center is Open every day except Christmas Day. The Hours are 8: 30 am to 5:30 pm. Hope this helps You. Have a Great trip. Regards, Roger
