At St. Petersburg Yoga we believe that mindfulness practices including Yoga and Meditation have the power to create profound positive transformation in our body, mind, and life. It’s our passion to bring uncompromising, authentic instruction to the community; helping our students learn how to use these practices as tools for creating balance and well-being in their own lives.
Our center offers over 75 group classes each week as well as weekly Mind-Body-Life Workshops on topics ranging from Back Pain to Anxiety. We also provide Private Yoga Sessions, and run 200 & 500 Hour Teacher Training programs. All instructors at the studio are highly trained and certified at the 500 RYT level with the Yoga Alliance.
Class styles offered include: Classic Fundamentals, Restorative Therapeutic, Strengthen Flow, Aerial Swing Yoga, Meditation, Mindful Kids Yoga, Yoga for Back Pain, and Prenatal Yoga.
