Nice little theatre

Small theater, very comfortable seats, and possible to even sit in the second row. Reserve you seat in advance, they sell out on weekends.

It's very nice to have a theatre on the island. There are 2 shows which play at a time. The theatres are small but very clean and decorated nicely. They always get new movies that are currently playing in big theaters. The seats are very comfortable. Just very convenient so you don't have to go across the causeway and fight... More

Nice place to go for a great film. Went to see Manchester at the Sea. Small theater and screen, but comfortable seats, friendly people, and good popcorn...what is there not to like? Head over to Doc Ford's afterwards for a fun date night.

Hey island cinema invest in your theater! Hasn't been updated in years! Seats are ripped. Place is dirty and dated.

Thank you for your input. We had noticed the small tears in a few of our seats, and we have plans already in place to either repair or replace those seats covers, as they get a lot of weight and repetitive use put on them every day most of the year. I know it must have been a terrible experience... More

It was tiny but just the right size for a great time. Price is very reasonable, and they will sell you a reasonably priced box of popcorn. What a great change of pace from the wonderful beach. Go and enjoy this hidden treasure.

Very cute little theater. We saw Doctor Strange. The screen is a little smaller than we were used to but hey, who cares. We enjoyed our little date night.

This is perfect for the island, small, good customer service and recent releases. The building looks to have been recently remodeled and there are.very comfortable rocking style seats in the auditoriums. There is a small snack bar with fresh popped pop corn, drinks and other snacks. The screens are small and sound system less than in bigger cities, but adequate... More

Small theater with easy centralized access on the island. Went to see a movie during a rainy evening on the island. Employees were nice. Chairs were very comfortable.

This was a fun experience! There are about 50-60 seats (that's it!), 5 seats to a row. For a popular movie you need to arrive early to get a seat. You have to wait outside for the theater to clear out (first showing) if you are going to the second show. One to two people handle ticket sales, popcorn sales... More

Love the Island Cinemas! The sound is good, the seats confortable. But they are small so popular movies can sell out early. Sometimes you can stop a day ahead to get your tickets. It's a good, old fashioned movie going experience. Convenient and fun!
