This is a museum worth visiting for the Reubens, Rembrandt. Lots of galleries filled with European art. Especially enjoyed the Blue Madonna. Very interesting museum, to increase the understanding and wonder of the circus. The grounds are lovely, the art museum is great ( it had a very interesting exhibit of the Shoguns arms and attire.

There is a fee to enter the grounds. You can get a single day pass or a multi day pass

It all depends on what kind of museum goer you are. Some people will breeze right through it. Others will spends lots of time reading every detail. I think a good estimate would be about 30-45 minutes.
