Ybor is a great way to spend an afternoon for basically any occasion. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cigar shops, and people watching. A lot of outdoor bar patios with live music, a movie theater in the middle, and a large arcade on the outskirts.

We visited as part of a day tour with a guide, fascinating area recently refurbished with shops and cafes. Interesting shops making cigars. Lots of history and information about early immigrants. Must visit if spending a day in Tampa.
