Nice, clean open area for families, recreation and nature. Nice for get-togethers, too. I enjoy watching the boats on the waterway a lot.

Just to get out and have fun with the kids. We enjoyed the day walking around siting seeing. Great on a sunny day.

Went with a friend Easter night. Lots of people watching the boats and dolphins. Several people fishing along the walkways. Saw a couple of fish being caught and a great sunset.

This is a paved trail along both sides of the canal that separates Venice Beach from the rest of Venice. Great for biking, walking, running and roller blading. It has some benches and picnic tables in the shade.

This is a great trail. Having said that, you MUST put your blades on AT the trail, not in station parking lot. Better trail for biking or walking. Lots of wild life. Recommend !!

What a beautiful trail. We hiked from the bridge on East Venice Avenue and worked our way down to Shamrock Park. Lots of opportunities to take pictures of nature ... the trees, butterflies, birds, the canal. This trail is best explored on a bike, since it connects on the Legacy Trail to the north, which is around 16 kms one... More

Loved this place. Beautiful area beside the intercostal waterway with a really great bike trail. We rode 7 miles and I am told the trail is much longer.

You can see dolphins, manatees, fish and turtles on this nice long walk to Casperson Beach. It doesn't have a lot of shade, but is pleasant. Doggies on leashes are welcome.

My wife, son and I stayed at a vacation home next to the Venetian Waterway Park trail and rented bikes so we could try the trail that meanders along the Venice inter-coastal waterway. What a fun experience! The trail is wide and level and has great views all along the way. It borders some of the last scrub forest one... More

The address on Tripadvisor is not even on the map, so we asked and a lady in a convenience store knew where we meant. We picked the trail up off Center by the airport it was great for cycling through totally unspoiled Florida, photographed a huge lizard and had a good ride, did not ride on the unmade trail because...
