I've brought my pup a couple of times since he had finally been fully vaccinated and he absolutely loves it! The area is so well kept and having the wash-off area and water bowls makes coming to the park so enjoyable to both humans and dogs. I love that it has the smaller dog area because I bring him in there to get him comfortable and then he is ready to meet bigger dogs and play. Love it!

This was our first time to visit it. Our dog loves to retrieve a ball especially in the water so this is the only one in the area where your dog can”swim”. Unfortunately not everyone is diligent to pick up after their dog:( there are a couple of stations to wash your dog after playing. This is a nice large park and we didn’t experience any aggressive dogs.

Great place to let your dog run free. Fenced and shower for your pet before you leave. Plenty of parking.

From the exercise trail through the double-gated entries, this dog park focuses on good clean access and safe fun. The parking is nicely shaded by old oaks, there are drinking stations, beach lake access, and a cleaning stand at the main exit to get the worst of the sand or mud off. There are acres of mixed terrain for dogs to run and socialize in, with limited seating for humans when you wear down from the high energy level. Count on taking a couple of hours to wear out your pets, as there’s turnover among the patrons and new arrivals kick off the action over and over. Just be sure to have seat covers for your vehicle, as dogs will leave here wet and/or sandy.

I love bringing my pups to this park. We know it as Fleet Peoples Park, which it was for many years before Baldwin Park came into the picture. In recent years they have made improvements to add a dog washing station that can service 4 dogs at once and bathrooms. The entrances are double gated and the park is large and offers a lake and shaded walking trails for you and your furry friend. Benches and picnic tables including a large covered area with picnic tables dot the landscape allowing people to relax. As always there are some not so vigilant pet owners here, but we have never had an issue.
