I took a group of family members from teens to 50+, everyone really enjoyed the 2 hour visit. Nice selection of animals who were (if hungry) happy to come up and "check YOU out"! Some even wanted just to be patted or scratched. We saw...More

Took wife, daughter, & grandchild on warm January day. Fed burros, horse, zebras and emu. Has monkeys and baboons. Awesome black bear and grizzly. Cheap entrance fee.

We used a grouponbto visit here. What a disappointment. There were very few animals, bears enclosed in tiny cages, lonely lemurs all by themselves. It was fun to feed the zebra though. I would skip this one.

First off let me address a lot of the negative reviews on here. In no way, shape, form or fashion are any of these animals mistreated. The enclosures were nice and clean, all of the animals do have cages but have the ability to leave...More

I really like this zoo. It’s nestled out of the way up in the North Georgia mountains. They have various adventures to choose from besides the walking tour like most zoos. It lasts about 45 minutes. The walking tour is guided by a tour guide...More

We had children ages 2, 6, 8, and 12. This visit was totally worthwhile, especially petting three young deer running free in the bamboo stands. This is a fun place to spend about an hour and a half.

Had a wonderful time, staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpfull kid enjoyed the animals Especially the baby fawns. If you have the time try and go early when they are feeding, this will insure you can see more.

Loved this place. Lots of shaded areas for hot days, and kids loved getting up close to the zebras. The animals appear to be well taken care of. Some animals like the lions and tigers were hard to see because of their cages. Overall, it...More
