it is not even close in the use of the word "MUSEUM". However its one redeeming fastor is it is free admission, but that's about it.

It was a great summary of the county's history. But, the collections local folks have donated make it unique. People have donated camera collections, stereo/victrola collections, lunchbox collections, antiques, etc.. It is a museum that is part history and part Americana. The facility is nice....More

Visited the museum for the first time. Great local history and knowledgeable guides. Section on movies made in Douglasville, such as "The Founder". Collection is still growing. Easy access and well organized.

Here in Douglasville you can transcend time in some of the history here; the museum allows to fact find, see historical information about the history of this town

This museum has lots of great items detail the history of Douglas County and the Natives of Douglas County. For anyone who likes history this is the place to visit.
