The fairgrounds are a great venue convention located next to Lake Chatuge Lodge which hosts events and attracts quality talent performances. Be sure to check out the schedule if you're traveling and staying in the area. It's very accessible and offers reasonable ticket prices.

Yes & yes However I don't live near that area & I just bought mine at the gate. I did see signs advertising tickets but I don't remember or know where. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
