Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very pretty walking trail 1.5 mile loop. Easy to navigate trails consisting asphalt, dirt, and boardwalks. Possible root trip hazards, but can be avoided with attention. Easy, convenient, and free parking.

A bit of trivia no one mentions.
Google for some interesting history.
Eastern Airlines DC-3 on approach to Candler Field. Famous WWI ace badly injured. Others killed.

This is a great place to walk, reflect and spend time with the family. It allows you to be nice and cool even on the hottest of days. The majority of the trails are completely shaded by trees. You can see all kinds of birds, insects, and occasionally a deer or two. I love taking my children here for quality time together getting back to nature.

Beautiful walk through the woods. We took the paths by the lakes instead of the forest. Paths are primitive and not well marked. Take a walking map. Nature center is small and geared for children. This is a hidden gem for the locals provided by Clayton county. Good for school trips or nature lovers.

Whilst stopping at the Drury hotel we went to the nature preserve for afternoon walk, although the wrong time of the year for all the blooms to be out it was a pleasant afternoon. There are plenty of trails with a couple of small pools. There is also a small museum with a few stuffed animals. There is no cost for this attraction.

This was our 1st visit to Reynolds Nature Preserve. We went to the Visitor center to get a map, find out information and see animals as the website stated. The Visitor center was not open even though the hours stated 8 AM to 5pm. We knocked on the door. No help. We started the trails and was very excited at spotting three deer. We watched them for a while. The highlight of the kids day. The trails were nice. The old Barn and farm area with the garden was nice. We enjoyed it. They have picnic tables there. We had lunch at the Gazebo. It had a bird nest with a little bird sitting on eggs. The kids enjoyed that. A good day on our own with no help from the Visitor center.

If your life seems to be a bit crazy and you need sometime you get away from it all for a few hours come to Reynolds Nature Preserve. You can walk the trails, commune with nature, see the wild life and just relax for a little while. They have special events through out the year for young and old but the best thing is just relax by yourself or with someone special. Come on nature is calling you.

The county has a geocaching challenge and we came here to find their geocache. We had no idea this preserve was here before and it was a splendid walk along the trail to be among the preserve's trees and its bright green mossy pond.
We enjoyed learning about rain barrels outside the nature center and the little one liked taking a break to crawl inside the gazebo.
All in all it was a great place to discover nature!

We have been visiting this hidden gem for over 30 years. Our Grandsons love it because the small center is perfect for them. Hands on and interesting. They love the garden area with the old tractor and tools. Staff is marvelous, always informative and friendly. The wild azalea festival in the Spring is the favorite of all generations.
