Sad review

Absolutely disgusted with the restaurant owner who challenged me when I went to use the loo. I will still use the other facilities but never use the restaurant again. Totally angry as I've used the restaurant at least 50 times.

Hello, We are really truly so sorry you had this experience. I have passed on your complaint to the restaurant. However, unfortunately, due to the pandemic they have to adhere to a strict track and trace system. Unless you are actually using the restaurant at the time of your visit I am afraid that restrictions are in place until the Government allows them to lifted. We do hope that you will return and we can only offer a sincere apology for your inconvenience.

I live close to the craft centre and hadn't visited before last year... and i am now sorry to have missed years of this little wonder. Little wool shop (Not just Wool) which is THE BEST around, craft stores and a cafe. Lovely little place to whittle away an hour or 2 :)

Lovely cooked breakfast!!!
Dec 2019
I visited for breakfast with a friend, absolutely delicious. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
The only negative for me is that they allow dogs in the restaurant, and as I'm not a dog person having the smell of a whiffy dog next to me whilst I was eating wasn't the best.

Great for food and a browse afterwards
Nov 2019
We went to The Courtyard Centre which is well signposted and offers free parking.

After a lovely breakfast at Dylan’s restaurant we had a look around the pottery studio and some of the other shops.

Bought some nice postcards and a large wildlife picture of mice on a wheat sheaf. These were all extremely reasonably priced. Service was good and we had a nice chat with the friendly shop owner.

Nice place to visit and would definitely return.

Lots of fun 😊
Jun 2019 • Friends
A party of 10 of us attended a pottery class for my hen do. We had lots of fun, the staff are really friendly and helpful... And best of all we have all walked out with a piece of pottery that we are quite pleased with (when we are only beginners). The demo we were given first was really good, very informative and we were all given one to one assistance whilst on the pottery wheels. Excellent service!

We also visited the cafe afterwards for a pre booked afternoon tea, which was delicious. The cafe were very accommodating, allowing us to put up decorations and also helped us take photos. They also served gluten free options which were probably some of tbe best scones and cakes I have had.

Lovely afternoon out 😊👍

I loved the bracelet making workshop with Lee at the Stitch n Bead Emporium plus they have so many handmade goodies to browse! I particularly love the bespoke Dog cushions and had some made of my two JRT’s!

Hi thank you so much for taking the time out to leave us a review. I am not sure what time you came but the courtyard centre is filled with all kinds of businesses and are all open from around 10am until 3pm or 4pm. It also largely depends on what you wish to visit the centre for. We have a wide selection of diverse businesses here. No units are empty at the moment and if some were closed then unless you came out of hours perhaps they were on holiday or unwell at the time of your visit. We can only apologise that you did not enjoy your experience here - perhaps next time you may stay for a cream tea or have lunch in Dylans. Thank you again and we hope that you won't be disappointed on your next visit.

Stillnot fully occupied
Oct 2018 • Couples
There are still quite a few empty units, but my wife tells me the Wool shop is a real hidden gem with lots of choices and a wide range of associated items. The proprietor is extremely helpful.
The tea room is worth a visit with good sized potions, a good stop for tea cake and a loo.
