A beautiful location, plenty of shade and fantastic history yet the price and service does not do it justice. Extremely over priced and the food just isn’t worth it. Service was really poor, not very friendly, unorganised and has a definite lack of customer service....More

We shared a lovely simple lunch and a bottle of proseco in an idyllic settling. To top it off we sighted a bottle nose dolphin swimming down river catching a feed on the way.

Peninsula Farm not far from where we stay. A Tea Gardens, is a farmers cottage over-looking the Swan River, much patronized. The food is gorgeous! Many varieties from sweets to savoury. The scones is to die for.

I went I visit Tranby House because I heard it is the oldest house in the metropolitan area, built in 1839. The house is well preserved, with period furniture. Informative guides. Beautiful riverside location with Peninsula Tea Garden next door. Amazing high teas on the...More

It's well worth a trip out to Tranby Farm homestead, the food and service is good whether its for lunch, fine dining or simply afternoon tea you won't be disappointed. Watch the boats go by on the river or explore the history of the homestead.
