Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a beautiful location for observing aquatic birds. The Oasi surrounds the lake, which is screened from view by canes, so the birds are not disturbed as you walk along the paths to reach the various hides. There are about 8 hides, all of which command views over diverse habitats, allowing close observation of the many species of birds on the lake. There is also zone with a few horses and attendant cattle egrets. The Oasi is usually locked, so it is best to phone ahead and book, you can then pick up a key at the bar near the entrance (by appointment).

The Alviano Oasis is a protected natural area of the WWF, an organization of international importance that protects nature and the most endangered animal species.
Being a protected natural oasis, there are no artificial constructions, except stations suitable for birdwatching, i.e. the observation of nesting birds.
The protected area is located on the shores of the artificial basin of Lake Alviano, which over time has become a nesting place for various species of birds.
An important network of paths develops in the area, which can be followed by trekking enthusiasts.
Absolutely recommended visit, and experience not to be missed, in contact with nature.

Beautiful walk in uncontaminated nature and along the blonde Tiber. We spend two very pleasant hours there. Clean, tidy. I also recommend it for children
