This is a very nice park. I liked the visitor center and displays. We walked on the trail to the swinging bridge. There are a lot of steps to go down and up but it is worth it!!

We went to the overlook but did not go down the stairway. They have a sign up saying it is extremely strenuous to go down and back up it. You can choose many different overlooks but there are inclines on the trails so you can...More

This is a beautiful area to hike but pretty strenuous. Bring water and wear good hiking shoes. We went on Labor Day weekend and it was really hot! It's pretty though! we walked down the steps to the swinging bridge and the walk back up...More

The park was clean and the staff very helpful. But the FALLS oh my goodness!! GORGEOUS!! The trail down and the steps much easier than coming back up!! But definitely worth every bit of the sweat. So glad we did it!!

We were disappointed in our trip.. We barely saw waterfalls yet we walked thousands of steps.... And then to walk along a busy interstate.. It was simply not a pleasant day at all and we were very happy to finally find our car to leave...

The trails in the Gorge provide many overlook points to view waterfalls and the gorge. There are a lot of steps, but it is manageable. We did not go all the way to the bottom due to the area being closed for step repair.

This was my third visit to the park and Sliding Rock. But it's been about a decade since my last visit. The stairs down to the gorge are currently broken and needing repair so we had to go the back way down to sliding rock....More

The falls are pretty, but the trail has a lot of trash. The steps are quite a workout, but access to the gorge was closed, which was disappointing. It was annoying that a permit was required to access the gorge on a different trail. (Other...More

Tallulah Gorge is one of the prettiest falls i have been to in Georgia. When you arrive parking is $5.00.. Now be prepared to climb! going down the 200 plus stairs is easy, coming back up is a definite workout. They have the overlooks marked...More

I think you can see one both right behind the visitors center and at the restaurant across the gorge.

It’s for the gorge floor, including the sliding rock. There’s plenty to see without walking to the gorge floor. If you go on a guided trip, you’re guaranteed a spot- so you don’t have to line up super early. Enjoy!

The North and South rim loop takes about 3 hours, offers numerous outlooks, a climb down to the gorge floor, numerous waterfalls, views of the damn and you get to cross the suspension bridge. I strongly suggest stopping in... More
