i like to walk out by Vets Parkway. there is a easy to access parking lot off the road. After a short walk you get right down near the river.

Wonderful path for a stroll or a bike ride through the heart of Boise and beyond! Great way to see the city and the Boise River and meander through the city parks. Great family activity.

Enjoyed the walk and the beautiful views of the river. We used to ride our bikes on the greenbelt but we don't ride anymore.

Relaxed riding along the river makes for safe, cooler way to get around from East Boise to Garden City and even Eagle.

Take a walk from Luck Peak dam all the way to Eagle along the river. See eagles nesting and fishing, otters playing and more all most within the city

Well travelled and populated. Plenty of parking. Along the Boise River is such a pretty area. Plenty of bicyclists in the entire area Sun stays up until almost 10 pm this time of year so plenty of time to stay outdoors.

My husband and were in Boise for the weekend and we ran on the greenbelt. It was gorgeous, well maintained & long enough for us. Many bike riders rode here too.

There are also signs posted for the Greenbelt, as you drive around Boise. They're not huge signs. Smaller directional signs in some neighborhoods. Don't worry. It's hard to miss the Greenbelt, while in Boise. If not... More
