Very neat outdoor memorial. The quotes from the various civil/human rights activists on the curved walls are truly inspirational. Great place to take the kids for a quick history lesson regarding the injustices that have occurred amongst the various groups of people.

The wonderful outdoor memorial is very well designed and worth taking time to walk about. Center behind the sculpture of Anne Frank looking out the window is an area marked off to show us exactly how small the room was that their family all hid in.

I ride by this nearly every day along the greenbelt to get downtown. It is a quiet area along the river and connects the road that goes to The Grove to the GreenBelt (North-South). As for the memorial, it is worth your time to sit and contemplate, especially considering the current political climate; although it is more enjoyable in the... More

This is a small area behind the library along the Greenbelt with quotes on curved walls from human rights leaders, prominently featuring Anne Frank. There also are some hand-crank powered audio stations. Our family shared our favorite quotes aloud, and discussed our perspectives on the times and circumstances of those quoted. It was a very moving, meaningful experience.

This is a small outdoor memorial that is very moving and along the Greenbelt. Beautifully done with great quotes we should all remember.

I could have spent much more time than I did at this memorial, reading all of the quotes on the walls. This memorial is so well done--it's not just a memorial to Anne Frank, but to everyone who has fought for human rights. Wonderful place for reflection.

This is a nice place to walk around and read about our freedom and how it was earned. It is also sad to think of the horrible experiences the Jewish people suffered because of intolerance.

If you are on the Green Belt in Boise you can stop and see this memorial. It is a nice place to sit and read the history and have your morning coffee. I would recommend seeing this if you are in Boise and looking for something to do!

Such a wonderful and peaceful place to see and understand the Holocaust and other events in history that threatened justice and freedom. We went there today on a Sunday morning. Although it was cold and drizzling, this did not stop us from paying respects and looking at each notable quote. Located next to the greenbelt area at the University of... More

Having been through the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam, I wasn't sure if the memorial here in Boise would even come close to comparing to it. It does. What makes this place so special is the architecture and its proximity to the calming flow of the Boise River. As you read the inscriptions you begin to realize the impact that... More
