It's a great hill,it's steep for advanced skiers fun in the trees and bunny hill is good for beginners. Easy on the wallet.

This little resort is tucked against the mountains just east of Pocatello, Idaho. There isn't much in the way of intermediate runs. You get either steep or flat but not a lot of in between. The snow was half decent and I was quickly able to establish where I could go. If there had been a lot of powder that... More

Great local mountain if you are used to steep Rocky Mt resorts. Very small but good terrain and never crowded. On a powder day this place would be great, mostly blue-black and up. Lodge is simple and small, friendly staff all around. Worried there would be nothing to ski when moving here, I was pleasantly surprised. Expect to dodge some... More

Charming, little resort! Perfect bunny hill for beginners. lots of variety in their terrain. Not much to offer for Green runs but a lot of Blue and black diamonds.

Pebble Creek is a nicely groomed ski hill, but unfortunately it suffers from not enough snow pack and not much fresh powder. An easy drive from Pocatello and vicinity, so let's hope for more snow next season.

The "Rock" is a great place to ski. It's just outside of town of Pocatello. You can be there and on your ski's within 20 minutes. The Rock offers hard and challenging runs as well as easier runs for the kids. Skiing the "back side" is a great experience and not for the "faint of heart".

As challenging as almost any skiing in the Rockies at a third of the price and a tenth of the crowd. Local vibe. Not a resort. Just awesome skiing with a place for lunch and a few beers. Highly recommended for serious skiers and boarders. Stick with the mega resorts if you are more into resort atmosphere than the skiing.
